The blue bustle dress worn by Irene Adler in the second Sherlock Holmes movie and a fan’s rendering of the dress. This one seemed like it was a coat with a slit for the bustle to peek through, but upon closer inspection it’s just an interesting satin-y day frock with a  color layered bustle/underskirt.
